Acceptable Stay with Minor Disappointments
missing toilet brush dish drying items
The staff were helpful (especially when I needed directions).
The room lacked a toilet brush, and there were no items provided for drying dishes, quite inconvenient. There was also a Nespresso machine but no capsules. Offering capsules for purchase would have been useful.

such a good stay!
friendly staff immaculate room service great lighting
i like the air conditioning, it really worked well. the room service was also immaculate, it came daily. the staff were so friendly and very helpful. i also appreciate the lighting in rooms, it was great.
i did not like that there was not a coffee pods in the room, but a coffee machine was provided.

the restaurant is downstairs and very convenient. the restaurant offers really good food. breakfast begins at 0800, this includes croissants, ham, and fruit juices. it is accesible until 11:00.

the rooms were spacious and confortable. towels and sheets smelled really good. the apartment was cleaned very well, daily. lighting in the rooms was also great. the decor in the reception is nice.

the kitchenette is useful, it has a fridge. there is public transport very close. i appreciate they allowed us to leave our bags after checkout. the hotel accommodated us for an early check-in.

excellent stay, spacious and super clean
friendly staff super clean room convenient location
i found the hotel in a peaceful area. a great selection of restaurants and supermarkets are just a short walk away. the staff were friendly and they were really nice too accommodate requests. the room was spacious and super clean.
the air conditioner did not get cold enough. i came in mid-july when temperatures were between 24-27 degrees. i couldn't get the air conditioner cooler, the hotel said it was "cold" outside.

the family suite was very spacious. it included modern new furniture with plenty of storage. the safe was easy to operate, and the windows blocked almost all street noise.

The restaurant offered a good quality weekday dinner menu at a set price. Hotel guests receive a 10% discount in both the restaurant and the bar! the cafe downstairs was very convenient.

The location was good with all sights within 30-45 minutes walking. The metro station is nearby! it's a pleasant walk to park guell and the hotel is in a quiet street.

The location is convenient, offering easy access to public transportation.
I had some issues (it's always something, isn't it?). Check-out involved an unexpected room inspection, causing a delay and taxi waiting fees. Capsules for the Nespresso machine were absent without a purchase option.
